There are many books available that will provide information and tips on dog training. They will have been written so that dog owners can be informed about training, and to teach owners how to go about the training.

Certain books will give you help on how to deal with particular problems, such a a disobedient dogs, or dogs that bark excessively, in fact most behavioural problems that a dog can have will be covered in a dog training book. Training your dog at your own home is often the most convenient way to train him/her.  Should you opt for classes, you may well find that if you go ahead and enrol for classes that circumstances sometimes stop you from attending each scheduled meeting, and you therefore miss out on some of the training stages.  This is not so likely to happen if you train your dog at home.
